At Ultimate Pinball Shop, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Due to the unique nature of pinball machines, arcade equipment, and related accessories, our return policy is outlined below to ensure transparency and clarity.


1. Pinball Machines and Arcade Equipment

  • All Sales Are Final
    Once a pinball machine or arcade equipment has been shipped or delivered, the sale is considered final. These items are large, uniquely packaged, and cannot be resold as new once opened. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on these products.
  • Non-Refundable Deposits
    All deposits on pinball machines and arcade equipment are non-refundable. However, deposits may be applied toward other products or future purchases.

2. Accessories, Parts, and Merchandise

  • Return Eligibility
    New, unused, and unopened accessories, parts, and merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return Process
    To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

    2. Use the original packing materials for returns.
    3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.
  • Refunds
    Refunds will be processed upon inspection of the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will exclude original shipping charges and fees. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
  • Exchanges
    Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued as outlined above.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspection Upon Delivery
    Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If damage or defects are observed, note them on the delivery receipt and contact us within 30 days.
  • Resolution
    For items damaged in transit, please provide photos or videos of the damage when reporting the issue. We will work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue based on the product’s warranty.

4. Warranty Information

All new products include a manufacturer’s warranty, as we are an authorized dealer for Stern Pinball Inc. and other brands. Warranty terms vary by product, so please review the specific details included with your purchase.

Ultimate Pinball Shop does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.


5. Preorder Deposits

Deposits for preordered items are non-refundable. This includes situations involving manufacturer production delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Deposits can, however, be applied to other purchases.


6. Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for all associated freight charges and restocking fees. Orders cannot be canceled or refused due to delays caused by shipping carriers or other uncontrollable events.
